LisaMarie: I bought an ab roller (HSN Brenda Dygraff), different than ab lounge http://www.fitnessquest.com/scripts/cgiip.exe/WService=fq/story.html but I really never used it much, sat in corner . I find the large stability exercise ball (Cheap at walmart or Dicks) has been the BEST for doing abs, protects my lower back (as a nurse I bet you can relate with having a bad back!) LOL . http://www.fitnessquest.com/scripts/cgiip.exe/WService=//prodbrws.html?vend=0050&src=FQ1447%20 Different models run $100-over $200! I think it is quite pricey, Dicks may have one you can try first? Maybe rent or go to library and try an ab video as another cheaper alterative? OR Do you buy the Want Ad digest? They are always selling like new/brand new exercise equiptment in there? www.wantaddigest.com Just a few ideas to save you money (esp. if you are like me who needs another clothes rack collecter!) LOL Wishing you well. Jamie

Hi, I have an ablounger, bought it last year, just after Christmas. The first time I used it I weighed about 278pounds and was wearing a nightgown. It was like being slapped in the face with a sunami of skin.... first it was my boobs, then my first role and then the second roll. When I told my family about the sunami my 100 pound 15 year old said mom that was rude do you know how many people died in the sunami? I said do you know how many would have died during this one? She didn't find it funny but the rest of us did. Anyway I do like the ablounger and will be using it as soon as my doctor gives me the ok. Good luck. ~~hugs and well wishes~~ Chris
