TGIF All ~Hugs~ Yeah the end to a slow week.. Still waiting on the approval letter from the bank to be sent to our lawyer so we can get a date for closing, maybe we will hear something today? Well I started doing my treadmill in the mornings now and it seems to be working out nicely so I will do my best to keep this moving along! Ok what I had yesterday: B- 8 oz carb control milk with 1 scoop Isopure Whey protien powder with 3 fresh strawberries 1 Centrum chewable multi, 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate, 1 benefiber chewable. S- String cheese, 12 grapes 1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate) L- 1/8th piece of Broccoli Bacon Cheese Quiche -YUM (Recipe from Bariatriceating.com, WLS portion of 1/8th wedge: Calories 171, fat 10 gr, carbs 4.5 gr, protein 15 gr) **I also have it on my website under my favorite recipes** 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate S- stallone pudding w/2 tsp flax seeds (ground) 1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate) D- 2 oz steamed chicken and broccoli 1 Centrum chewable multi, 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate. S- 1 pretzel rod At bed time I had the last chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate *Supplements: 2000 mg calcium (both Citrate and Carbonate), 2 multi vitamins, 500 mg of B-12. *Water Intake: 66 oz water, 12 oz cyrstal light *Excercise: 20 Mins on treadmill at 2.5 mph OK you all have a great day! ~hugs~ Debra P 285/176/125??

Linda, Yeah I am hoping and the scale did start to move this morning so that is a good thing. Even if it doesn't I know I am doing something good for myself and my health! OK hun I will see what they want to do.....THANKS. Debra P

Good morning, Happy TGIF back at ya. Well, I did it - had my hair chopped off last night and had it colored with alot of red highlights. Can't believe it, but EVERYONE here at work has been stopping by to say they love it and it makes me look 10 years younger. Wow - what confidence this surgery has given me. I'll have to have a new picture taken and posted. Anyway, here's what I ate yesterday. B - Carnation Instant Breakfast S - 1/2 Detour protein bar L - 1/2 hamburg patty with cheese and few tastes of cottage cheese S - 1/2 Detour protein bar D - Turkey S - Swiss cheese, ff pretzels Have a wonderful weekend and I hope you get that approval letter today. Hi Debra, Here's what I ate on 2-23-06 protein drink B 1/2 c lite cottage cheese, 1 peach wedge Centrum chewable, viactive, 2 Tylenol Dentist appointment from 8 AM to 10:20 AM (3 crown replacements ) L 2 Tbs cottage cheese, some lettuce, 1 tbs chick peas, 2 bites pizza, 1/2 cinnamon stick bread, viactive D 2 oz chicken, 1/4 c green beans S 2 SF fudgesicles no exercise, lots of water. Everyone stay warm this weekend!!!
