I was thinking on having a thread once a week to list what we want to work on for that week, WLS related or not. Please let me know what you all think about it?
Ok I will start, what I want to work on this week is sticking to my exercise program and making it just as important as eating! I can do this with some hard work but anything worth it takes effort so here I go...

Hello Debra, this is a good idea for a post. I find that writing down goals and looking at them often keeps us on track!
My goal is to drink all of my water. thats water in the mugs not beer. Seems like a silly goal but i am really really bad with my water intake. So i am off to drink my water [well when i am finished with my coffee lol] Have a good one. LisaMarie

We all have things we need to work on and that does not sound silly at all! I know others find exercise to be easy but I fight with that so we all have something. ~Hugs~

My goal....is getting my head back in order......so much has been happening.....since the car accident.....I still have no car....so I'm working on that....the rental goes back this weekend......and I am getting ready for PS....I'm so excited.....I can't think straight..
so I guess that's it getting my head back on track......

This is a great thread...maybe if we right things down we'll actually be inspired to stick to it....sometimes it's just sooooo hard.
Goal #1 - GYM, GYM, GYM...now that I have gotten permission from my daughters (11 yrs. old) pediatritian for her to join my gym, she's joining this Saturday, we'll drop the two younger kids at child care and work out on Saturday's and Sunday's I'll start going on Monday nights by myself....at least that's the plan.
Goal #2 - DRINK, DRINK, DRINK, it's hard but I know we have to sometimes I just get so busy. I'm still working on my 16 oz decafe latte from 10am this morning.
Lisa Marie - Your new picture is great, you look wonderful, congrats.
Let's stick to our goals ladies......we can do it.......good luck
