Hello all ~hugs~ Ok what I had yesterday: B- 8 oz carb control milk with 1 scoop soy protein powder with 1/2 banana 1 Centrum chewable multi, 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate, 1 benefiber chewable. S- String cheese, 12 grapes 1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate) L- 3 oz tuna over salad with balsamic dressing and cucs 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate S- stallone pudding 1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate) D- 3 oz ham steak with some broccoli(sp?) 1 Centrum chewable multi, 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate. S- 1/2 cup popcorn, did steal some chips from hubby last night At bed time I had the last chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate *Supplements: 2000 mg calcium (both Citrate and Carbonate), 2 multi vitamins, 500 mg of B-12. *Water Intake: 66 oz water, 12 oz cyrstal light *Excercise: n/a Take care and have a great day! ~hugs~ Debra P 285/177/125??

What I ate: B banana protein bar coffee S ritz bits w/pb L homemade chili S ritz bits/pb D 4 cheese chicken & veggies 5 hrs later! S sm slice of DH homeade Italian cheese cake oy vey! theraputic MVI, Calcium Citrate, Iron, H20 Linda

Good morning; Well, lets see. B-1/2c ff cottage cheese with pineapple s-1/2 protein bar l-4oz of yogurt s-1/2 protein bar d-2 oz chicken livers and 1 oz of mashed sweet potatoe s-stallon pudding Vitiamins (3x's) Calcium (2x's) Iron, B-12 I am having a terrible time getting in the protein, and my pouch is so touchy. Karen, Hello hun ~Hugs~ Yeah it takes time to learn what the pouch likes and doesn't, then when you know it changes again... We are always learning. Suns is bright here as well and I am very thankful for that! Take care Debra P

Good morning Deb. As you can tell, I'm finally back on-line. Since I've been among the missing for the past couple of weeks how are you progressing with the house? Have you heard anything yet? I also want to say thanks so much for all your encouragement. You're always such a positive person and help keep me on track. I'm really getting excited - 4 lbs more and I'll be ready for the Century Club. Anyway, here's what I had yesterday. B - Carnation Instant Breakfast S - 1/2 Detour protein bar L - Chicken ala King minus the biscuit - just mainly chicken S - 1/2 Detour protein bar D - 1/2 Hamburg w/cheese minus the roll, cottage cheese, few sips of broccoli/cheddar soup S - Swiss cheese w/low sodium saltines Have a wonderful day. Cindee, Good so see you again hun ~Hugs~ We are just waiting for the paperwork to be completed at the bank now so we can get a closing date. My lawyer thinks the date will be mid to the end of March. Hey everyone hope all are well.....sorry I haven't posted in a while, things have just been crazy at work and home. B - 1/2 whole wheat begal w/ peanut butter L - 3 oz of steak and string beans D - cod fish stew 2 calcium citrate, 1 prenatal and 1 iron 16 oz of cranberry juice/water mix 20 oz of decafe skim latte (if you ask them to make it extra hot, it stays that way for 3 hours - that's how long it took me to drink it) 10 oz of water Need the scale to start moving again and it just won't listen to my pleading. I know some of it is PMS but want to get out of the 220's. Pat
