Hi! The only way I liked the Medifast was putting the chocoate in the blender with water and lots of ice. The nurse did say that the Medifast taste could be "doctored" by adding cooking extracts (which you can pick up at the grocery store) I tried adding mint extract to the chocolate but I still liked it better plain. The vanilla I added every extract I could find and even tried mixing a few together. The extracts I found were cherry, pineapple, orange, mint, lemon and banana. The medifast box says to add an 1/8 of a tsp of your chosen extract.
Hang in there and good luck!

Becca,
I do not know who to doctor that stuff up but if it like the protein shakes then I like to add some fresh fruit to it, gives it natural sweetness and flavor. I wish you all the best and that you get your date soon

THERE is a chocolate extract that i use in my protein shakes that im not fond of! AND a packet of splenda!
GOOD LUCK, i dont use them but there are some awesome DEVINCI sugar free syrups too that come in the coolest of flavors and there all the rave. MANY say you can get those at marshalls or tj maxs....good luck
