Hey Debra! How are things? I just wanted to post that I made that oatmeal pancake that everybody talks about on the main board...and it was YUMMY! I bought some sugar-free syrup, made my pancake, and cut up 1/2 banana over it. What a nice change for breakfast!
Here's the recipe:
1 egg
1 heaping spoonful of cottage cheese
1/3 cup Quaker oats
vanilla and cinnamin to taste
Put it all in a blender until smooth and cook like a pancake!

Had my 3rd and hopefully final endoscopy & dilation today. I had to wait about 30 minutes to get my blood pressure up from 92/58 to 112/66..it took a whole bag's worth of fluid drip. Tomorrow I will try some chicken for the first time in about 2 months! Will pound the sh--- out of it and bake with some high protein bread crumbs, ffmilk and seasonings...found out also from the dr. that my pouch is about 15 cc's or around 2" x 2"...
quite small as he termed it... I'm happy for the small size! better than football sized for sure
