Hi everyone , Hope everyone enjoyed their day today ! This mild weather has really spoiled us ! But then again some of you probably got alot of that snow from the last storm, but looking at the bright side ...these mild temps for the next couple days should help to melt a little ! Looking at the bad side , it will be one huge slap in the face come Saturday, when we get those frigid temps ! Well I had my 3 rd. weigh in today and I lost 5 lbs more ! I was fairly happy with that ! I could have done a smidge better though if I drank my water and I also ate a couple peices of Cauliflower ! But the good thing is I still lost ! I have lost now a total of 20 lbs in just 3 weeks ! I have 13 more to go ! I am getting really nervous about the surgery already ! Geez! It's getting closer ! I just saw someone today that had it done a year ago and she looks fantastic ! She has lost a total of 145 pounds ! She say's she feels great ! She just glows ! She laughed when she first seen me b/c I had my water bottle in tow ! She say's ....Look at her, lugging her water bottle all around with her ! I said ....Gotta drink tha****er and flush that fat right out of here ! She also had to do Medifast and nows just how sickening it can get after awhile ! My 6 week old garndson was also admitted in the hospital last night ! He has RSV virus which is a virus that attacks the lungs . Can be very serious in infants causes pnemonia and broncholitis! Please pray for himto get well soon ! Thanks everyone for all your support ! and Carol

Hey Carol, I was reading your post and saw you're from FP. I live in Nelliston. I just had surgery 1/25 with Dr. Lirio. He's great, but I love his PA John Berrgin. If you havn't met him yet, I'm sure you'll like him too. He makes you feel very comfortable and he spends lots of times going over things a hundred times to make sure you really know what you're doing. Good luck with the medifast. It was tough at first, but you get used to it. I had to lose 34 lbs and I made (with cheating--I had to do it through thanksgiving and christmas!) and you're right, the water does help make it melt away faster. If I could only take my own advice. It's so much harder to get in all of the fluids after surgery. If you have any questions or just want to chat drop me an email. [email protected] Nicole
