What did you eat?
Since it was Valentine's Day, I began the day with a candy heart (just one
B 3/4 cup cottage cheese with 2 slices peaches, 1 ry-krisp w/3/4 oz cheddar cheese
L 4 oz ff yogurt, 1/8 apple (lost it all about 4:30 PM)
Dinner 1/2 weigh****cher chicken fajita dinner
sf popsicle, sf hot chocolate
again, not enough protein or water today...can't seem to hold down at least one meal each day.
