Good Morning! Everything seems to going smoothly so far. I believe the curse has been lifted! The surgeon said when he figured out it was me who paged him last week he said he almost crapped his pants(his words) b/c he thought something happened. He says that is why he was making noises like Howard Dean when I told him I was actually doing good. The surgeon said he is so happy(and for me as well) on so many levels. He said he has learned a lot from me and this experience. He said that he has learned to really stick by his patients and truly listen to them. He goes on to say that hes very thankful that I have been so super and patient w/everyone and everything. He was getting choked up. So cute. Anyway, he really wanted to see if I ate some toast what would happened and so I did last night. I felt fine. No problems. He said he wanted to know when I did so I guess I'll page him later. We definitely have become siamese twins. I have lost another 10 pounds since before 1/22 so he says he wants to keep a close eye on me b/c of my weight and make sure nothing else happens. Because I do not feel hungry at all I have to really keep on top of myself w/the eating. Ugh, I am just so glad it seems to be over. However, today is the day of my emergency surgery last year. Ick, I was so sick but I am trying not to think about it too much. Anyway, take care everyone and have a good day! Tavia

Tavia, you are a very hard person to get on the phone. I've been calling but get no answer. I just tried again. I'm very glad that you're feeling better. Seems strange to have to worry about losing too much weight. Like going from one extreme to the other. I'll sure Larry is going to keep a good eye on you. I'll try to call you again in a little bit. Joanne, I'm sorry, everyone says that about me. I know, I'm bad. Some of my friends think I'm either dead or in the hospital. I will call you tonight, promise. I was just taking my son to the bus stop and now i have to run to the store. It is so hard to talk on the phone w/ my son around, my gosh. He know knows how to work the phone and always insists on talking on it if he hears it ring. He does that when larry is on the phone. He asked Gellman on the phone last week what his favorite color was and if he likes vanilla ice cream. He also told him when need a police man, you dial 9-9-1.(not 9-1-1- but 9-9-1), then proceeded to hang up on him. Ha. He called back though. I am also in the basement w/my son all the time b/c that is where all his train stuff is which he loves. I dont have a phone connection done there and cant hear the phone ring. He also takes the phone, runs to his room and starts pressing buttons. He is probably calling Bangkok for all I know. A few times he ha**** the pre-set numbers and got through to some people. Life is good through the eyes of a child. Hee-Hee. Take care. Tavia
