Hello All ~hugs~ Ok here we go, the start of another week.. We got some good news on Friday, we have our signed contracts now and just waiting on the bank approval which I am sure will be ok because they are doing the appraisal (sp?) today. My real estate agent is sure all will be ok there because we got it much less then the asking. Well what I had yesterday: B- 1 egg w/1 slice toast S- 1 Baby Bell cheese L-Subway chicken bacon ranch salad with ranch dressing S- 1 cup popcorn D- Home made turkey chili, 1 thin slice italian bread S- 1 oz nachos with salsa OK that is it....I hope you all have a great day! ~hugs~ Debra P 285/179.5/125??

Congrats!!!!!! On the contract! Hope you had a great weekend. Its cold out today but i may get out and go for a little walk! B-Coffee with protien powder L-Cheese Popcorn S-Coffee with protien powder D-Salad with chicken cutlet S-Cheese Popcorn Was craving the cheese popcorn yesturday.. I did however weigh myself this morning and i am down 58 pounds....Yea!! Just finished the treadmill so need some water and a shower. Have a great day..

Good morning Deb; Well we had a great weekend. The only down side is that I am still to early post op to enjoy some food, but just being away with my husband was great. B-1 egg 1/2 slice wheat toast L-protein shake 1/2 c cottage cheese s-sf pudding d-1/2 baked sweet potatoe s-1 tsp pb Have a nice day. Karen

Karen, Glad you had a great time. I know after my surgery we took a little weekend getaway and it was awesome. All the stress from before was less then and I was so tired from it all.... take care Debra P

Morning Deb- OK- B:1/2 C Cheerios with 1/3 C skim milk S: Protein bar L: 3 laughing cow triangles and 2 crackers S: no sugar added ice cream (1/2 C) D: 6 pc. sashimi; Daikon in soy sauce.

Here we go: B - 1/2 of an italian sausage w/ peppers and onions L - 3 oz of chicken breast w/ red kidney beans D - 1 inch of my husbands super bowl hero (i know it's bad because of the italian bread) it had swiss cheese, salami, turkey. Water/fluid intake was not good either, the weekend is so hard between housework and running around after the kids, I just don't know how people get it all in. I haven't been to the gym in two weeks because I'm so darn tired. I go see my surgeon tomorrow for my 3 month post op visit and am hoping he'll run some blood work to see if I'm missing any nutrients. Have a good one ladies, spring is only 5 more weeks away.
