Yeah - it's now after 12:00 so we're officially on a way to a weekend, only 4 more hours of work. (LOL)
B - Carnation Instant Breakfast
S - 1/2 South Beach protein bar
L - Chicken noodle soup
S - 1/2 South Beach protein bar
D - Salad w/calamari - ranch dressing on the side
S - Leftover salad
Not too good on water today - fighting off a cold and sore throat and just want to sleep. Only plans for the weekend is a Super Bowl party on Sunday so planning to stay in, stay warm (yeah right!) and sleep.

our school therapy dog got my low-crb toast and sf peanut butter, so saved some calories there!
L- 1/3 can tuna w/ lt mayo on a whole rye crispbread
beef vegetable soup
s- sf cheesecake flavored pudding w/ added vanilla protein powder w/ sliced strawberries and Splenda
D- 2 oz. lf cheddar on whole wheat crackers
