Yeah it seems like so long ago but I guess it really wasn't...
You are so close hun to both of those... I know you will hit the Century Club mark so soon and you are not far off to cross into Onederland
We just signed some paperwork this morning for the bank so they say that is a good sign but I just want that approval letter in my hand, you know just like the surgery. Oh don't worry, once all is done I will let everyone know.

l- large sald mixed greens, broccoli, shreaded cheese, cucumbers, tom, and chix stipes, I couldn't finishe it but it was delish....
s-banana
d- tortiea with slice of cheese and slice of salmi .....
s- this sucks I can't remember........

B 4 oz carb control yogurt
L 1 bite of biscuit, 1 bite meatloaf, 1 bite green beans, 2 bites mashed potatoes with gravy (Cracker Barrel at lunch).
D 1/2 c Farina with 2/3 c carb control fat free milk
1 c fat free hot chocolate
S 1 slice Amer Cheese
Before bed - Sugar free popsicle
Only 38 g of protein today.
