Happy Thrusday All ~hugs~ Well almost done with this week so all is good What I had yesterday: B- 3 oz cottage cheese with 3 fresh strawberries S- String cheese, Atkins Advantage protein bar L- 2 oz grilled chicken, shrimp, beef mix with veggies, 12 grapes S- stallone pudding D- 3 oz pork chop with asparagus (sp?) S- 1/2 cup popcorn Ok that is it, you all have a great day! ~hugs~ Make it into the 170's today but JUST. Take care Debra P 285/179.5/125??

GOODMORNING! B-Half of a banana S-Coffee with protien powder L-2 bites of a chilli taco didnt care for it S-Coffee wtih protien powder D-Half a slice of pizza S-Popcorn Congrats on the 170's!!!!! Well looks like another nice day today so outside i go. Hope you all have a great day! LisaMarie

Congratulations on the 170's it feels forever sometimes to cross into the new digits! I am write behind you and hope to achieve that next week.... NOW what did i eat.... BREAKFAST: 4 ounce cottage cheese SNACK: advant EDGE protein shake (ready made chocolate) LUNCH: SOUTH BEACH CHICKEN CEASAR WRAP and SF jello SNACK: power crunch bar w/ fat free cool whip DINNER: 4 ounces of chile w/ lo fat sourcream I worked out at the gym! I drank water, crystal light, and carb countdown choco milk thru the day SNACK: lo sodium south beach planters nut mix 1/4 cup

I do the same thing on the scale... and it does float i have resigned from ever getting on it twice...i cringe and take the first reading it gives me. I was shocked yesterday when i got the 182 being all month i floated 184 and 185. I needed those 2 more pounds on the first to loose 5 for my month. 3 pounds just sounded so horrible! KEEP UP the great work, and like all of us i always go by the lowest number i see on the scale! so if you saw that 179, breath held it counts! Lisa, Thanks hun ~Hugs~ I know mine is slowing down as well, when I went back I noticed that Oct was 18 lossed, Nov was only 4 lossed, Dec & Jan was 7.5 but it feels so much slower then that. I know if I start to do the treadmill like I should be it will help but I am STILL struggling with that.... Well take care hun ~hugs~ Debra P

Good morning. Congrats on reaching the 170's. I remember when you were hitting Onederland. Some day I'll get there (to Onderland) - 18 more lbs - but only 8 to go for the Century Club. B - Carnation Instant Breakfast S - 1/2 South Beach protein bar L - Chicken, mushrooms & artichoke S - 1/2 South Beach protein bar D - Tossed salad, stuffed flounder with baked potato (Red Lobster) got plenty of leftovers S - Salad with ranch dressing I'm anxiously awaiting to hear how you make out with the house.
