Ok mid week through another week...yeah. Welcome to February! WOW this year is moving by so quick As I get older the year seems to move by faster.
What I had yesterday:
B- 1/2 cup Kashi Go Lean with 2 fresh strawberries
S- String cheese, 1/2 cup popcorn
L- 3 oz Grilled chicken breasts over salad with light dressing and cucs, 1 sm orange
S- 4 oz carb control yogurt
D- 3 oz pork chop, 1/2 potato with butter, asparagus(sp?)
S- 1/2 cup popcorn
More on the higher carb side it seems. I am hoping by the end of this week to be into my 170 numbers. Back to those mini goals.

Hugs back!
I was 4.5 pounds away from goal and put on 2 pounds yesterday! Arrgh! Water weight? Residual gain from a party I went to on Sunday? Arrgh!
Anyway, what I ate yesterday:
B: 2 eggs, 1/4 c oj
S: Slimfast shake
L: celery and ranch dip, cream of tomato soup
S: Banana and 1/4 c almonds
D: Cheeseburger on plate, escarole sauteed in garlic oil.
S: South beach diet protein bar
170's! Wow! That's fantastic! You must feel so excited!

Hun I know how this water weight can REALLY upset us women, we seem to hold on to it all the time. I hate that. I try to eat things that are a natural diuretic such as asparagus & cucumbers to help but it really just depends that is why I am not sure I will see the 170's this week. I will hope.

You are welcome hun, I can relate but then there are times when I just feel like doing NOTHING I wish I had some of your energy though, pass it my way will ya since I STILL find it hard to get on the treadmill!
