Anyone use Dr. Holover?????? Info needed!

Hi Everyone, I have an appointment set with Dr. Garber but have just found out that he doesn't accept my insurance any more but that his associate Dr. Holover does. Has anyone had any experiences with Dr. Holover as their surgeon??? I've seen lots of info on Dr. Garber but not Dr. Holover that's why I am wondering. Any info would help! As always THANK YOU!

john do you read your emails at all? this is stacy from commack slovin?? you know kindergarten mrs weiss .....ring a bell...i have never heard of dr holover but i used dr cooperstone he is in syossett i had the surgery 18 months ago and lost close to 100 lbs email me back if you get this message... Hi John, Dr. Holover assisted Dr. Garber with my surgery and I saw him for the first followup for drain removal. He is very competent and skilled. If you go to the New York Bariatric Group webpage (link on the left side of the OH page "Dr. Garber's Patient forum", you can read about the surgeon's experience... Meet him first and email people on the patient forum who said he was their surgeon. You will make the right decision. Best of luck and a quick trip to the "losing side." LindaM
