Carb Count?

Hello All I am just curious how many carbs do you stay below a day? I was working with 40 grams a day but I am not sure if that is right. Please let me know your carb count. ~hugs~ Thanks Debra P

I was bad with the carb I was sometimes over 100. But I found out that it's the carbs that has been making me sick and helping me gain weight. So it's not a good thing. For the next month I can have up to 30 grams or less per day. I think 40 a day isn't a bad thing for you. But I don't know for sure. You're best bet is to ask your doctor. Talk to you later

Hi Deb, I really haven't been counting carbs. I occasionally have oatmeal or farina and sometimes 4 crackers once a day, so the answer is probably under 15-20 g per day. I haven't been able to eat them too much and even with some vegetables, the count doesn't get too high. I wonder what a max limit would be?? LindaM

Linda, I am around 40 now so from what I hear most stay between 40-55 so I should be ok there... Take care and thanks hun Debra P

The nutritionist I use suggests no more than 20 per meal. I try to keep under 50 a day. They seem like such a waste and they got me big in the first place. Your mileage may vary Mary

Mary, Yeah that sounds like the goal, I try to stay under 40 but I often go over that when I have the fresh fruit around. Thanks again Debra P
