Hi Christine and anyone else who might be reading this. I just wanted to thank you for starting the support meeting in Brooklyn. I want to thank you for the Hand out about drinking water and how very important it is. Most important I want to thank you for being an I look forward to your next meeting. I hope that more people will make it next time around. I'm telling you I feel it's a big help for us to get together and help each other out during our time of weight lost before during and after when we reach our goal. I've come across so many people that are so petty because they act it's like a race against each other. It's people like that give all of us a bad rap. Hi hun thanks for coming I had a great time with you.....and glad you were able to come back for social time too.....with Andi it was nice to see the both of you.....we will be seeing each other again real soon the meeting are very important to me cause I feel it keeps me more focused.....everyone is different but that is what I like so much about it....
