Good Morning!!!
Well supposed to have some clients coming here at my house today for nails and haircuts, well my first one who had both scheduled, just canceled cause she is sick, she canceled last week for a haircut cause she was sick and rescheduled for this coming Thursday, so we will see if she shows up. Hopefully the other one shows up. Then Mom is coming to get a manicure and her toenails repainted, she is leaving for Fla. for a whole month. Sure going to miss her.
Anyway, still stalled going on about 3 1/2 weeks now. Stuck at 40 lbs. I am trying to work out harder and not sitting around much at home. Maybe I am not getting enough water in still. I am trying real hard. But I can see a difference in my appearance so hopefully I am losing inches. Plus this past week was my period so maybe all bloat.
Ok what I ate yesterday,
B- 1 egg w/cheese 1/2 slice toast 1/4 cup cottage cheese, trying to get my calcium in also
L- late around 3pm 1/4 cup tuna salad 1/4 cup cottage cheese
D- 1/2 portabella mushroom with sauteed mushrooms and onions 1 oz chicken breast 2 oz spinach
S- cheese crackers 1 package

Shannon,
Hun I remember that when I used to do nails....it would upset me so when I would move my schedule around for someone to reschedule and THEN they would cancel AGAIN. Well I hope they show for you hun.
Yeah getting in the water REALLY helps in losing, I can see that from my weekends. I do not seem to get in all my water on the weekends and I do not seem to lose then! Running around it is hard to have to pee all the time. Well that is just a part you need to work on like my exercise is what I have to work on all the time and not doing a very good job at it.
Well take care hun and have a great day! ~hugs~

Patsy,
hello hun ~Hugs~ I used to take me almost 45 mins to eat my meals but once you are all healed and used to chewing everything for a while it gets faster, I think I can eat in like 15-20 mins but it depends on what it is I am eating. Some things you have to chew, chew forever and others are softer and will break down faster.
I can take about 4-5 oz in at a time before I feel I am getting to full but I try not to pu**** It takes time to learn what your balance is so take it slow and get used to your new pouch. I am still learning every day!
Take care
Debra P
