5 Days Post Op!!

Had my surgery on Wednesday and it went very well. I don't have much pain from the actual sugery, I'm just feeling alot of discomfort fom gas. I have been home since yesterday and am very fotunate to have a family who is willing to due anything for me to succeed. Thanks for all your support on this board and I will post more soon.

Jamie: Congrats on making it to the othe side! The gas pain is very common postop (did u have it lap? they filll the peritoneal cavity w/ gases so they can do it and it slowly releases over time), They say (and I found) walking often helps this the most! Wishing u well on your journey, glad to hear you have a supportive family! that certainly helps in the journey and success! congratulations on your surgery! I am so glad your feeling well and had no complications! HAVING the support at home is a blessing as well. GOOD LUCK! keep us posted on your progress lisa 310/183/???

Jamie, I am glad you are doing well hun and that gas will get ya for sure. I remember that being worse then the surgery pain. Gas X was my friend for a while. Well I wish you all the best Debra P
