TGIF All ~hugs~
Yes through another work week, though I was off for 1 1/2 days it sure feels like a long week.....I am so looking forward to sleeping in tomorrow morning.
Well what I had yesterday:
B- 8 oz Carb Control Choc Milk, 3 fresh strawberries
S- String Cheese, 1/2 cup popcorn
L- 1/2 beef patty (2 oz), mixed veggies, 12 grapes
S- sm orange, 4 oz carb control yogurt
(went out after work with co workers and nibbled on some nacho chips with cheese)
D- 2 mini pizza (about 2 1/2 inches around with, veggie, greek)
awesome little pizzas, found them in the health food store, low carb and fat, comes 6 in box- hubby eat 4 of them and was still hungry, I had 2 and was FULL. Go figure, Love it!

B-Didnt have any...
S-Coffee with protien powder in it
L-1 scrambled egg with cheese

D-About 4 bites of meatloaf, a few potatoes and a spoon of corn
S-apple with peanut butter, some popcorn
Another cold day out there. Went out yesturday for a little bit and will do the same today. Like i said yesturdy i am very restless.....I feel like i am wasting a day if i dont go outside lol. Have my sons 14th birthday party to prepare for, its tomorrow. A room full of teenagers, should be interesting. Boy i remember when i turned 14. How much fun that was. Have a great weekend. LisaMarie

Good Morning,
I tried to sleep in this morning, NOT. Laid there waiting for hubby to get out of the bathroom, go figure every chance I have to sleep in a little bit, I am wide awake.
Did a full non stop 20 minutes on the eliptical yesterday, felt great, then did a few minutes on the stationary bike, and then a few stretches on the pilates ball and worked on my arms with 5# weights. My calves are a little crampy today, but not too bad. My knees didn't hurt at all while on the eliptical so I kept going. I hope it is like that from now on.
Hope you all have a great day, I have to work noon- 8 tonight. My usual every friday night.
B- 1/2 cup oatmeal w/splenda
L- chicken caeser salad didn't finish
S- sf jello
D- salad w/cucs, cheese, about 1/3 of a stuffed pork chop
S- 4 breton crackers w/ cottage cheese on them

Hun that is great about your work out time and the knees not hurting is a GREAT thing.
Yeah when I want to sleep in I can't either, I start to think of all I have to do. I am hoping to be able to sleep in tomorrow since hubby is off and there will be no alarm in the morning but I bet I will be up at 5AM.

Hope everyone has a great weekend, it's supposed to be beautiful tomorrow, in the 50's.
B - 4 oz of Kashi go lean cereal w/ 1 oz of skim delux milk
L - 3oz of steak w/ romain lettuce and a cube of mozerella cheese
S - 1/2 bag of lite buttered popcorn
D - 3oz of steak w/ romain lettuce and a cube of moerella cheese
I'm getting bored eating the same things over and over, need to spice things up a little. I'll try some new things this weekend.
