Hello All ~hugs~ Ok we are almost done with yet another week... Hubby and I are in a holding pattern waiting for the loan and contracts to work their way around. I just want to know the loan is approved and the contracts have been signed by the seller then we will be all set. You all know just how good I am at waiting. Well what I had yesterday: B- 3 oz cottage cheese with 3 fresh strawberries S- Cheese, 1/2 cup popcorn L- 2 oz pork chop, mixed veggies, 12 grapes S- stallone pudding D- 2 oz beef burger patty, mixed veggies S- 1 cup popcorn Ok that is about it..... you all have a great day! ~hugs~ Debra P 285/180.5/??

Goodmorning! B-Scrambled egg with cheese and half a banana S-Coffee with protien powder L-chicken cutlet with salad S-coffee with protien powder D-1/2 cup of farina S-Popcorn Little chilly out there today but i am going to try the park for a little while with the kids. I am so restless here in the house and need to get out. I guess i am enjoying everyone noticing my weight loss even in my winter clothes! Cant wait till summer!!! Well off to the treadmill have a great day.

Good Morning Deb, Hey I beat everyone here this morning. I have the day off, only 1 client on the books so one of the other girls is going to take care of her for me. Tomorrow my book is full, go figure. Question here? As far as popcorn goes, is the 1/2 or 1 cup popped or unpopped? I somehow can eat a whole mini bag at one time, but can only eat about 1/2 to 3/4 of a cup of anything else, well except for salad I can somehow eat alot of salad too. Anyway just curious. I know the waiting is the worst part, you will soon get the good news I just know it. Here goes for yesterday. B- carb control yogurt smoothie L- leftover chinese chicken and broccoli and fried rice, sm bowl S-string cheese right after work, I got out early about 2 S-mini bag of popcorn around 4:30 D- leftover goulash 1/2 cup S- julienne carrot strips dipped in ranch exercised off and on through the evening, even my hubby is exercising now and I think my daughters are using the machines too. I am so excited, hopefully my family will get on track this year. We need to be healthy. Have a great day, Shannon Arnold 257/220/130???

Shannon, Hello hun ~Hugs~..... That is nice that you are off today, enjoy your free time since tomorrow you will be busy. I have 1/2 or 1 cup popped.....I have the smaller bags of Smartfood that is about 1/2 cup and I also have a bigger bag of reg popcorn and last night I was craving the buttery salty so I had 2, 1/2 cups. Sometime I amaze myself as to how much I can eat at times. Scary as well... I am STILL not getting on my treadmill...grrrrrr...I have been working a 2nd job to help with savings and it is Ebay so my time when I get home and weekend have been busy with that as well as the house work but I KNOW I have to make this a priority I am just having trouble doing that! Good morning everyone; I am now on soft foods and doing well. B-Chopped Boiled egg L-Chicken soup with small pastina (1/4 cup) D-2oz choped chix breast, low fat cheese, ricotta w/sugar free rasberry jam Not enough water, and vitiamins. Now that I am looking at this I do not believe that I am eating enough, but I am not looking at food right now. Have a nice day. Karen
