There was enough of that chinese food to last me all week at work. Amazing!!! Before I would have eaten the whole thing and wanted more later.

I know how left overs can last and I think it is pretty cool ... I would have done the same thing and eaten the whole thing in one shot. Not now...

What I ate was...
B 1/3 c cottage cheese with 1/2 c pineapple
S protein drink
L 1/1/2 oz meatloaf with mustard, 1/3 banana
S Carb control yogurt drink
D 4 Wheatsworth crackers with 2 tsp p'nut butter
sugar free pudding
S 1 tbs cashews
Seems like a lot of proten but only totaled to 48.5 grams for the day.
oh well...

How's it going? Good luck with your new house -- it's been a while since I've been around and I see you almost at the 100 mark. Good for you. It's been 3 months since my surgery and I'm down 65 pounds. I can't believe it. It's a miracle. Mentally it's tough, but I'm getting through it. I notice I feel sick sometimes after I eat -- I don't know if it's my choices, if I ate too fast -- not sure, but I do know it's trial and error. I notice that most who posted on this message have snacks in between -- I haven't really been doing that. Should I be. I've pretty much been having 3 meals (not large ones -- sometimes hardly anything). But once in a while if I feel hungry (Wow can't believe that I have that sensation now), I will have a snack -- sometimes 1 or 2 pieces of cheese with a couple of ritz crackers.
Anyway enough of my babbling I will try to get on the site more often and again want to thank you for all your support before my surgery and glad to see that you're doing well.

yeah I am almost at 105 lbs loss now.. Seems weird that I lost that much and don't really see it yet.. I can feel it but not really see it...
