Dr. Garber?? Dr. Rosser??? Dr. Gellman???

Hi Everyone, so...I have spoken with Dr. Gellman and I have a scheduled appointment for an intial consultation with Dr. Rosser. I was wondering who has used who and what they thought of them??? I need to make a decision...I'm going a little batty and well...driving my wife NUTS! I've heard alot about Dr. Gellman and he seemed nice. Dr. Rosser out of Beth Israel came highly recommended by my gastro doctor and well Dr. Garbers name seems to be everywhere. I'll take any words of advice good, bad or indifferent. Hi John, Probably the best thing to do is to see who everyone used and go to their page and see what they rated them. Each doctor has a website and comments as well. Dr. Garber is very experienced and dedicated. Dr. Gellman has been written up lately as the best and humble as well... just do a bit more research and meet each one. There are many exceptional surgeons in the NY area. Insurance participation counts for something as well... Good luck and I know you will choose whomever is best for you. LindaM 230/181/115

Dr Garber was my surgeon and I couldnt have been happier with him. You will get many opinions about him on this board....from some that didn't even use him as their surgeon. Personally, I would want advice from someone that has used a surgeon, not from others hearsay. My advice is to go and meet with the different doctors that you might want to use and make your OWN decision. Email me if you want any more info on Dr Garber or his office staff. Good Luck to you!
