Hello All ~hugs~
I went home yesterday from work with a start of a cold, I am also home today from work....feeling icky... I notice with this constant drip that it is making me feel which never bothered me before but I guess with the little pouch it can become more sensative. I sound like a man when I talk. Oh well.. I guess it has to run its course...
What I had yesterday:
B- 3 oz cottage cheese with fresh strawberries
S- string cheese, 1/2 cup popcorn
L- left over steamed shrimp with veggies (only had half of my serving, started feeling bad)
ok that is when I really started not feeling good and went home.....
1/2 can Italian Wedding soup
drank a lot of water and crystal light
Later D- 2 oz chicken
OK that is it, today I will eat light but I am sure I will not get in all my protein but will try and do a shake to help.....

OH DEB, sorry to hear your ill....it is the time of year for such! JUSt do the best you can with eating during the illness!
WHAT did i eat yesterday:
breakfast: protein shake
snack: lo fat cheese and pretzels
LUNCH: 1/4 tuna wrap lo carb tortilla subway
SNACK: grapes
DINNER: meat sauce and 5 noodles
snack: frozen power crunch bar w/ choolwhip after the gym

B-scrambled egg with cheese and half a banana
S-Coffee with protien powder
L-1 meatball with half grilled cheese
S-stallone pudding with half banana in it
D-chicken cutlet with salad
S-popcorn{first time and did fine with it!}
Treadmill for 30 min today and out to the park. Sun is out and so am I! Please everybody remember Tavia today ...think positive thoughts for her. SHe has been so supportive of me and everyone else here. She deserves a new start to a better life! Have a great day! LisaMarie

I am sick too bad cold and it seems to be moving into my chest. I haven't been sick since before this surgery and I'm not really sure what to take I'm sure I'll live thru it...it's just annoying. I'm still going to work daily and last night I even did my kickboxing class...it kicked my butt!

B - Protein shake
L - Dannon light & fit carb & sugar control raspberries & cream yogurt (REALLY good)
4 strawberries
D - 4 garlic roasted shrimp & 2 crab meat stuffed shrimp (left over from dinner on Saturday night)
S - protein shake
my water hasn't been great...I am feeling very bloated being sick and finding it hard to get too much in.
I'll do better when I feel better! I hope you feel better soon..

Hey all,
Sorry to hear about some of you being sick. The weather is turning out so nicely by me. Anyway, just thought I would share with you my dilemna with eating well really drinking yesterday. I dont drink too much water at all. Not even a bottle a week. Im so bad with it but I decided to try hard now. Im almost 6 mos out and down 113 overall 103 since surgery and my 6 mos post op is scheduled for Feb 3, so I decided that now is the perfect time and maybe I would drop a few more pounds before seeing my doc. Well yesterday I had
Bfast: bottle of water and a protein bar
Lunch: 1/3 of a grilled ckn cutlet and bottle of water
Drink: Diet dr. pepper
Dinner: 4 fat free tostitos with 2%milk cheese on top
Came home late only to find myself 1.8 pounds heavier!!!!! Weighed in again this morning and it dropped to 1.6 pounds. Needless to say... Water is now my enemy. LOL. I know its only water weight, but Im not going to Dr. Pomp to tell him on the scale that its water weight... he will laugh...lol

L- 1/2 of a small wendy's chilli w/ cheese and onions
S - instone pudding
D - 2.5 oz of crab meet w/ 1 teaspoon of mayo and 6 ritz crackers

B Cheeseburger omelet (ate 1/2) 1 egg, 1 slice lite cheddar, 2 Tbs crumbled cooked hamburger)
L Protein drink
S Sugar free pudding mixed in 1/2 cup carb control milk (like a choc shake)
D 4 wheat crackers and 2 Tbs dill hummus.
exercise for the day was 1.5 hours of snowblowing and shoveling. I had a nice long nap as well
