Pat,
Thanks hun, we are hoping for the best
Eating is always an option for me. but I understand as I do not stay on schedule on the weekends, not getting in enough water on Sunday for sure but back to loading myself with liquids today. I can really notice when I don't get enough water, very strange.
Take care

S- 2 oz cheese
D- 3/4 of a grilled cheese sandwich and about 1/8 cup of tomato soup
S- popcorm
I am so excited, I was talking to one of my clients while doing her nails and exercise equipment came up, so I had told her about just getting the eliptical and that I was thinking of putting a stationary bike on layaway cause hubby has a hard time using the eliptical because of his problems with his leg, so she said that her husband just got a new recumbant bike and that they used to use a stationary one, and that if I would like the old one that I could have it, it only needed the chain tightened on it, so last night my husband and I went and picked it up, fixed the chain and it works perfectly. You can also just use your arms on it and get a workout with resistance for just the arms and shoulders. I am going to get on it today and the eliptical, hopefully get that scale moving again. I keep hitting stalls, I will lose a few and stall for a few. NOT going for a walk today, yucky snow. Oh some day to live in nice weather, a girl can dream right?
Have a great day all,
Shannon Arnold

Shannon,
That is great about the bike, you will have a total home gym soon. I wanted to add more but I do not always use what I have so I have to work on that first.
Yes we are hoping this will more forward smoothly.....
Take care

Hi Debra.
Good news about the house - congratulations.
Sun is actually shining here today but the temperature has sure dropped. I'm having a terrible time with being cold since WLS but when I saw my surgeon last week for my 8 month checkup, she said that being cold is a side effect that will probably last at least 18-24 months.
B - Carnation Instant Breakfast
L - Turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, squash, 2 black olives, little gravy, corn
D - Plain burger with cheese and tomato (burger was really thin) - no roll
S - Ff pretzels
Not enough water - I also have trouble with liquids on the weekends but back in line today.
Have a great day.
