TGIF All ~Hugs~ YEAH Friday is here, friday is here. Can ya tell I am excited about this weekend. Well I am.. What I had yesterday: B- 3 oz cottage cheese with some fresh strawberries S- String cheese, 1/2 cup popcorn L- 1 1/2 meatballs with parm S- some pretzels D- 3 oz pork ribs, green beans S- some Fober One with oat clusters (for fiber) with carb control milk (trying this instead of taking meds for poop problem nothing yet this morning. ) OK I think that is it but I am sure I missed something here.. Well it feels that way anyways... OK so the inspection is this Sunday and if all looks good we should be in the new place by the beginning of March We are going to overlap the rental house with the new one so we have time to paint and put hard wood floors in. Hey Debra, good luck on Sunday! Its beautiful out, getting ready to hit the park. B-Scrambled egg with cheese, half a banana S-Coffee with protien powder L-Chicken with green pepper and onion S-Apple with peanut butter D-Half a grilled cheese sandwhich and 1 chicken nugget S-banana with peanut butter I was on a fruit kick yesturday.....Have a great day. Enjoy the spring like weather while it lasts..........

Hey everyone....here we go: B - One egg, 2 strips of bacon and 1 oz of home fries S - Clementine (2 oz) L - 1/2 cup lobster bisque and 1/2 slice of wheat bread S - Instone D - Entire bag of popcorn (sorry) I know the dinner was bad, it took me almost 2 hours to eat it, but my PMS is extrmely bad and I'm craving soooooooooo much salt, I don't know what to do with myself.
