Hello All.....~hugs~ Almost done with yet another week. Once again I can not wait... Well what I had yesterday: B- 8 oz carb control choc milk and 3 fresh strawberries S- String cheese, 1 sm orange L- 1 chicken leg, cucs S- 1 oz reduced fat cheese its, 4 oz carb control yogurt D- 3oz flounder, cuc salad S- 1 cup popcorn Ok I think that is it..... ~hugs~ You all have a great day! Goodmorning.... B-1 egg scrambled with cheese S-coffee with protien powder L-chicken cooked with onions and green pepper S-coffee wtih protien powder D-1/2 cup farina S-1 banana with peanutbutter Still stuck at -51 pounds, but not complaining just getting restless. I think its because i have been exercising consistantly since last week. I could also drink more water, i am not very good at that.Have a great day! LisaMarie

Howdy all, Glad to be back to work but I can't post as much, just have too much to do when I get home. So I will catch ya all when I can. Hope all are doing fine. I am doing great! B- carb control yogurt smoothie L- 2oz chicken breast a few heads off of broccoli spears and sm salad w/ranch dressing S- 1 string cheese 1/2 south beach diet protein bar ( ouch hurt my teeth to chew) D- 1/2 cheeseburger w/ sauteed onions and mushrooms, spoonful of peas and carrots, about 1/4 cup fresh squash my mother made and brought over to me, uuummmmm uuuummmmm good S- sf pudding ok sounds like a lot but really not much on my plate really. have a great day Shannon Arnold 257/225/130???

Hi Deb and everyone 1-18-06 B soy cheese and 3 tbs cottage cheese with 1/4 c pineapple S Dunkin donuts decaf with skim milk and 1/2 Splenda (lost it about 40 minutes later) D 1 tbs peanut butter with 4 wheatsworth crackers. S protein drink before bed 1 c fat free milk with diet hot cocoa. Had my endoscopy today and there was a stricture. Dr. dilated and scheduled me for a second one on Feb 7. At least I know why I can't keep down a lot of the stuff I eat. It should get better now and after the 7th with the ability to eat better as well. LindaM
