Hi Deb Well, everyone seems to be doing well. I read these everyday and see that most don't drink milk. My nutritionist told me to drink two 8 oz. glasses of skim milk and not worry about the calories. I take one calcium citrate pill daily and 2 children's chewables. Here is what I ate yesterday: 2 cups decaf tea which I have every morning B - 1 scrambled egg w/gr. pepper, onion and 1 oz. cheese 1 cup skim milk Water S- String cheese Water L - 1/2 cup minestrone soup (mostly the beans); 1/2 sl. homemade SF bread w/2 oz. egg salad Water D - 4 oz. shrimp w/1 oz. ****tail sauce; 1/4 cup peaches 1 cup skim milk Water S - 2 oz. chips (bad girl!!!) More Water I made all kinds of cookies and candies for the holidays and was not tempted to even taste any of them. I even made some of them with Splenda and still did not eat them!!! Glad to hear things are going good for your house purchase. Keep us posted!!! Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers. {{{{{HUGS}}}}} Love ya, Brenda 348/247/?????

Brenda, I use the carb control milk and choc milk, so much less sugers and taste thick like reg milk.. I want to make these s/f peanut butter cookies I got the stuff at bariatriceating.com but I just can't seem to find the time. I did not touch any candy this holiday as well but I did have a piece of s/f choc cream pie that my cuz made, the only thing that was not s/f was the crust so I was careful......taste so very sweet to me now and to think I used to LOVE all that stuff. Yes we are waiting for the inspection on Sunday so that will tell us if we can move ahead or not....~keeping my fingers crossed~ Thanks hun Debra P
