Hello All ~hugs~ Happy Mid week!!! The rain is so hard and so windy here today but I can not believe it is about 50!!! WOW....most of the snow has melted now so I guess that is a good thing. Also the cars and roads are getting a bath, everything has been so white with road salt and all. What I had yesterday: B- 3 1/2 oz cottage cheese, with fresh strawberries S- some almonds, string cheese L- 1 1/2 meatballs with parm in a tray S- 4 oz carb control yogurt, 12 grapes D- 1 chicken leg, grilled veggies S- 1/2 cup popcorn OK that is it....You all have a great day! ~hugs~ Debra P 285/182/125??

Deb, I know what you mean about the snow being gone. All the dear are so hungary, I even had some in the front yard in the rain this morning munching on the soggy grass. Does 50 degrees mean an early spring? B - English muffin and slice of American Cheese S - 1/2 of a clementine L - Salad w/ Salmon, red kidney beans, avocado and carrots - total weight (5 oz.) S - instone pudding - Lemon (not to crazy about the lemon, but will finish up the rest of the packets) D - Same as lunch S - 15 chips and 1 tbsp. of onion dip I got the muchies last night, this is what happens to me when I need to stay up late and get things done around the house. I need to stop this, even though I was still under my calorie consumption and my protein was almost 70, I don't want to feel like I'm cheating. On the positive side. I now weigh 235 from 303 that's a 68 lb weight loss in under 3 months. So maybe the chips didn't hurt that bad. Pat 303/235
