hi all im just checking in

well hi all my surgery went on schedual last wednsday and i got to go home the same day . felt really really good they took me in at 7:30 and i was out by 8:30 in recovery till 10:00 didn't want to wake up lol got back to my room and they gave me vicodin for pain was feeling ok got to go home at 3:00 went to pharmacy to get pecr. and then home sat up for a couple of hours and then went to bed about 7:00 my head started to pound (thought the surgery didn't work) but took a vicodin and went back to bed woke up thursday and was sick head pounding couldnt do anything but take a pill and go back to sleep called doc to make my appt for this week and they asked how i was doing told them and hung up phone rang about half hour later it was doc wanted me there asap got up got ready went down . well he said i need a ct scan tomarrow and sent me home got home got undressed back in bed and yep the phone rings it his nurce nope we need you to go have that ct today so back up and dressed and we head to the hosp. got right in got it done the tech says do you have to wait i say nope im going home he needs me ill be back tomarrow (at this point i want to scream my head hurts so bad i am feeling sick ) so i get home back in bed and boom the phone rings its them she said the test was normal and they would see me monday ok took another vicodin and went to sleep woke up all night long finallyslept awhile and hubby got up i got up went out on the couch but just kept getting the headaches hubby called the doc office and told him they have to do something he explained what was going on hot flashes sweat just pouring off me and then i would need the fan on i would stand up and get dizzy and nausiated and just felt like my head was going to explode the doc said let me call you right back 20 min later the phone rings and its him go to the pharmacy and pick her up a new per. of darviset so he did i quit taking the vicodin and started the darvicet at 5:30 pm when i woke up sunday i got up all by my self and i didnt have anyhead ache but a little bye sunday night i was feeling 900/0 better went to doc on monday and the nurces couldnt believe it was me walking in there the doc came in and said what happened to you told him about hubby calling the doc on call and yelling at him and what he put me on and that i was very alergict to vicodin so i go back friday and get my stitches out and i should be able to go back to work on monday sorry so long but was asked to let you all know how it went oh and btw while being so sick i couldnt eat so.......... i lost almost 9lbs so now im down to 176 hugs and thanks for the well wishes lisa

oh yes and i almost forgot i went from a size 18 pants to a size 14 i almost died when i tried them all on i have piles seperated in down sizes i had to get rid of all my 18 way to big hugs lisa

Lisa, Glad you are doing better now hun and I guess it really did work for you huh? Will you have to see over time if this really worked? or do you know right away? Congrats on your weight loss and lower sizes though going through this to get the weight loss is not a good thing. But I am really glad for you hun ~hugs~ Now get your rest Debra P
