Ok here goes, I know curiosity killed the cat but I want to know My friend *****cently had RNY just like me, say's yuck at some of the stuff I eat, so I want to know what people think... I don't eat it all the time but at least three times a week I eat stewed Tripe, or sautéed calf's liver with onions, or stewed Pigs feet flavored with pumpkin (I don't eat the Pumpkin) or chicken necks with chicken hearts, lox with cream cheese, veal parmesan and as a treat I love blood pudding, now like I said this is not all I eat, but it is a part of my diet.. I know some of these are high in protein. Is there anyone out there who eats these types of foods?? And what do you think?

Ok, I haven't had those foods in years, but I'm Puerto Rican and I grew up with all that stuff, so I wouldn't think you were weird for eating them! I think you have to be hispanic like us to really appreciate it though. The only time I eat stuff like that now is when I visit the relatives because they don't sell ingredients like that just anywhere. Vi (aka Violeta)
