Hello All ~hugs~ Ok it is soooo cold....brrrrrr...and they are calling for freezing rain by rush hour today....GREAT!!!. Well it should be in the 50's for the rest of the week.. Well what I had yesterday: B- 8 oz carb control choc milk, 3 strawberries S- 1/2 cup popcorn, string cheese L- 3 oz Pork Rib, grilled mixed veggies, sm orange S- 4 oz carb control yogurt, 8 almonds D- Reduced fat Progresso chicken soup S- 1/2 cup popcorn OK I think that is it.... ~hugs~ You all have a great day! Good morning Deb- Nicholas the plastic-chewing pup came home Saturday night and is doing well I am back on track and not eating food. Although I did have an extra snack. Still like my sip of wine here and there - S: Decaf skim latte B: beet and blue cheese salad L: French onion soup (just a few sips); 1/2 of South Beach protein bar;sugar free ice pop; S: OK, I was at a bar -- 2 oz white wine D: 2 mini veal meatballs; 2 oz cod; 2 T orzo pasta; 1/2 of a slice of bread S: decaf expresso

Good Morning, I had a bad munchie day on Sunday, some how I devoured a whole mini bag of popcorn in the evening, I know it is only 100 calories but just seemed that its just too much. And earlier in the day I tried two different sugar free candies. Babyruth SF just one little bitty one, and SF werthers just one of those. Ok what I had yesterday, much better, B- yogurt smoothie coffee L- tuna salad w/cheese and 6 brussel sprouts D- Ricotta cheese w/ little spag noodles and meatballs and sauce, yummy 1 cup milk 1/2 banana Got my eliptical yesterday. I will tell you that thing kicked my butt in about 5 minutes, gonna be great for all of us. This morning did 10 minutes on it and then did my pilates ball exercises. Shannon Arnold 257/225/130???

Shannon, Yeah the weekends are always a fight to not snack for me... I am so much better when I am working and on a schedule. I looked at those SF candies but WOW the sugar alcohols in them are killer, you are almost better off having just 1 of the reg ones... and if I started back with the choc OMG I would be in trouble.. I would love to get one of those eliptical machines but I have to start using my treadmill before investing in more. Take care Debra P

Hello - I'm having one of those stress filled days here at work where I used to want to eat everything in sight - now - I just want to kill everyone in sight. Ever have one of those days? Anyway, thanks for letting me get that off my shoulders - LOL B - Carnation Instant Breakfast S - 1/2 Devour protein bar L - Raw carrots w/light ranch dressing S - 1/2 Devour protein bar D - Meatloaf, gravy, little bit of soup, few bites of baked potato S - FF pretzels w/salsa Lots of decaf coffee and water. Cindee, ALL THE TIME I know that since I can not eat my way through some emotions I have been shorter at getting to my boiling point but it has gotten better then it was early on I have to say. Drink tha****er and make it the person your mad at....helps you get you water in that is for sure.. Take care Debra P

Hello...Late again. Had to go to a school musical for my 10 year old daughter. Rosie Odonell sponsers a class in her school once a week and they put on a show today. She was great as usual. B-One Egg with cheese S-Coffee with protien powder L-1 oz of chicken baked D-1/2 cheese quesadilla S-Wheat thins and 1/2 banana Didnt get to use the treadmill this morning too much running around outside.
