Happy Monday.... I hope you all had a great weekend, mine was nice. Got to visit with Mom and a friend, they came in Friday afternoon and left yesterday late afternoon. Got to show Mom and my friend the house that we are going for, they like it. I think Mom was taking pics while we were looking.
Yesterday was a bad eating schedule so I will just list what I had because there was no set eating meals.
What I had yesterday:
3 oz Pork Rib with mixed grilled veggies
3 pretzel Rods
1 string cheese
1 slice toast with sugar free preserves
1 cup popcorn
3 oz grilled chicken salad with reg blue cheese dressing
4 oz carb control yogurt
2 small oranges (through the day, not together)
some mixed natural nuts
Ok I think that is it but it seemed like I was picking all day which is not a good thing Back on track today.....So much easier to stay on schedule when I am at work..

Welcome back. Glad you had a lovely weekend. I know exactly what you mean about work helping you stay on track!
Yesterday:
B: 2 poached eggs, 1/4c OJ
S: 2 oz roast beef
L: Slimfast shake
S: Slimfast shake, slice of muenster cheeze
D: 6oz cheeezeburger on plate with salad
Not to good with water intake yesterday...today's another day. I think the two things responsible for me breaking my plateau was cutting way down on carbs, and increasing exercise. A life long lesson I keep having to relearn over and over and over....

Goodmorning! The sun is out, it is freezing but at least its sunny! Have to go to a trophy ceremony today, buffet.....for my sons football league ..should be interesting. I will try to behave.
B-1 egg with cheese
S-coffee with protien
L-nothing, wasnt feeling well{sinus}
D-1/2 cheeseburger on george forman grill, no bun.
S-1 tsp of farina
Walked on treadmill 1/2 and hour but increased the incline and added hand weights. Have a great day and stay warm.

Hey Debra! Glad to hear you had a good weekend! Looking forward to the Golden Globes tonight....I am crazy about this kind of stuff! LOL My brother is coming by and we're going to get Applebees take-out and hang out & watch the show. I am planning on a chicken cesar salad for dinner and maybe a mozzarella stick or 2. Here's what I had yesterday:
B: Scrambled egg w/cheese
2 slices crisp bacon
L: Proti 15 hot chocolate
D: Pot roast, potato, carrots, onions, gravy ( a little bit of each) and a few egg noodles.
My mom wrapped up a bunch of leftovers so I will prob have more pot roast for lunch tomorrow.
