TGIF ALL Thank God it is Friday... OK what I had yesterday: B-8 oz carb control choc milk S- 12 grapes, string cheese L- 3 oz turkey burger, cauliflower (sp?), sm orange S- Stallone pudding D- steamed chicken and broccoli (sp?) Ok that is it... you all have a great day! ~hugs~ Debra P 285/184/125??

HERES to a LUCKY friday the 13 th to all... WHAT i age yesterday? breakfast: protein shake SNACK: salt free pretzels cheddar cheese stix LUNCH: one south beach bacon turkey wrap w/ sugar free jello Snack: hard boiled egg DINNER: sausage and sauce and few pasta noodles drank tons! lisa 310/186/???

Good morning. I agreed with the TGIF. Been a looooooong week. Here's what I ate yesterday: B - Carnation Instant Breakfast S - 1/2 Detour protein bar L - Chicken soup w/crackers S - 1/2 Detour protein bar D - Mandarin salad (Wendy's) S - 2 little bites of a hamburger w/cheese - no bun Was lacking with my water but back on track already today. Happy Friday the 13th everybody.... B-1 scrambled egg with cheese S-coffee with protien powder L-Half a slice of pizza S-A few hazelnuts D-roasted turkey{south beach} S-banana with peanutbutter Last warm day this week so get out and enjoy....I walked 40 min on the treadmill and i am going out in a little while to the park with the kiddies....Have a great day.
