Hello All ~Hugs~ I was trying to think of a list of healthy things that we can all share with each other, lets all add our choice below or add a recipe to the post of a "Healthy" snack.... Mine is: 4 oz carb control Vanilla yogurt with 1 scoop of Isopure Zero Carb choc protein powder topped with a small scoop of Cool Whip Free...Give approx 32-35 grams of protein. (you can freeze this also and it taste more like ice cream) OK now, you all add yours and lets see how many we can get going here. Thanks all... Debra P 285/184/125??

One of my favorites when I get time for a food snack is sugar free jello chocolate pudding with 2 tsp of crushed macadamia or filberts(hazelnuts). It has about 5 g of protein. Otherwise it's a sugar free popsicle. I haven't been that brave yet to try anything more than than but I'm very interested in learning what everyone else has. Linda M

Hellooo, I know I am not much help in this area b/c I am limited on what I can eat now but I'm feeling left out! I love bananas, even though they give me a hard time. Good potassium. I read somewhere that someone takes pepperoni slices and heats them up in the mircowave for a min to make like a crunchy chip. I don't think that would sit w/me well but I am sure its tasty!

I've been doing like you.. mixing the protein with the yogurt or also with sf pudding. I'm still on pureed foods, though, so maybe when I get further along I can be more creative!
