Hello All ~hugs~ Ok so here we are past the mid week day (Wed) so the rest is good. This weekend my mother is coming with a friend of ours to stay over and we are hoping to be able to show her the house we are purchasing. Well what I had yesterday: B- 3 oz cottage cheese with fresh strawberries S- 1/2 cup light popcorn, string cheese L- 2 oz turkey burger, 5 tator tots, sm orange S- stallone pudding D- 3 oz flounder, with cauliflower (sp?) B morning start breakfast bar, apple & cinnamon I am very jealous of this! When I attempted to eat a protein bar the other day it was sooo yummy. I am sure once I start to eat "normal" foods stuff like that will take like cardboard to me. It was almost worth the nausea and pains I got for 45 min after. Soon enough I say!

Hi hun have a wonderful time with them this week-end...I will be working and I stuck with no car since my transmission went last week-end on the way home from visiting Eve..... I had yesterday..... B- protien drink s- stallones pudding L- buffalo wings d- OMG I had a half of pretzel you know the NY pretzels...it was good but I had to put it down I was afraid I was gonna eat the whole thing have a good day... Christine, Thanks hun, I am sure we will... I am sorry to hear about your car, I know it stinks when you are without ride. I almost feel trapped when I don't have my truck with me. OH MY, those NY pretzels are awesome.....with mustard....oppss sorry I guess that did not help huh Hey if you don't have these things all the time we are ok, that is what I say. As long as I still have control over these things I am ok with it because a "normal" sized person would have these things every now and again right? We are "normal" now... Take care Debra P

Hello, Sounds like you'll have a good time with your Mom this weekend. I'm going out to hear a friend's band this Saturday night. Actually do this most weekends but this week it's 2 of my girlfriends birthday's so a whole bunch of us are meeting at the bar/restaurant for dinner before the band plays. Here's what I had yesterday: B - Carnation Instant Breakfast S - 1/2 Detour protein bar L - Leftover salad from Tuesday night S - 1/2 Detour protein bar D - Soup, piece of quesadilla S - Popcorn Have a good day everyone. Hello..I am a little late today but here it goes... B-1/2 french toast with 1/2 banana S-Coffee with protien powder L-cheeseburger with half the bun S-romano cheese D-teriakyi chicken with green peppers and onions and corn S-wheat thins I did 40 min on the treadmill and went to the park with the kiddies, its beautiful out.....Have a great day!
