Ilyssa Seems like you they gave you some good idea already, hmmm lets see what I can add..... I still enjoy chilled celery sticks with light ranch dressing I love my Baby Bell cheese Nuts but they should be natural and not roasted well I think that is it for now, I hope that helps some... ~hugs~ Debra P

Ilyssa (how far out are u??) This is not a straight forward answer really... tell us what u r eating now ok. Snacks if strategically placed/chosen my help wt loss and hunger...but sometimes what we eat may be making us hungry sooner! (Or if we drink with meals etc)! Once u tell usa typical day in your life (give me amounts...types/foods, times etc) Ill rerespond ok! (whenu drink time in between food/fluid).. For many carbs make them hungry..so protein is a thing that helps us stay full longer..hard dense protein, not soft mushies..also be careful those 3-4 crackers now can become a sleeve later on as the pouch allows greater volume/variety! The choices of today do really matter! snacking can lead to grazing which is the ULTIMATE tool defeater and way people stop losses and regain significant amounts!Hugs (trust me on this 2-3 PB crackers used to fill me great now, I could eat dozens!) I CHOSE not to but it isnt easy! Hi Jamie, Ok here we go: I am almost 7 months post-op and I am down 87lbs only 21lbs to goal! I definately don't drink enough water or fluids in general. I know its terrible and I am trying!!! I typically eat: Breakfast either 2 mini quiches or 3oz or tuna. Snack, apple usually. Lunch a wide variety of either leftovers (which I love), salad w/ chicken, chinese food, really anything that hits my fancy as long as its protien. Yesterday I had 3 oz pork tenderloin w/ Asparegus. Day before was about 3oz chicken and ground beef (its a jewish dish I make) Snack pretzels (DUMB)(that was yesterday) & Kozy Shack SF Tapioca pudding Dinner again wide variety, last night was crock pot chicken and veggies, the night before was the rest of the pork tenderloin, tonight is grilled chicken w/ roasted broccoli. Snack last night WAY TOO MUCH cheese popcorn! Almost 400 calories worth!!! But I have no more in the house and I won't buy it again for a long time!!! Ok I know what I am doing wrong, I need to fill in my snacks w/ better protein based snacks!!! Wow, I feel so much better now, maybe I can skip the shrink this week!! LOL!!!! THANKS, Ilyssa
