Cindee, Hello hun ~Hugs~ I don't seem to have a problem with it though I do chew it like crazy, it really helps with the carb cravings I get though it does not have many carbs, for the small bag of smartfood light it is about 9 carbs. I am not sure why unless it can get stuck? If you hear anything please let me know... ~Hugs~ Have a great day! Debra P

Thanks for the info Deb. I'll have to try some - probably tonight - I used to exist on popcorn - no butter, very little bit of salt and parmasaen cheese. Yummy!

Cindee, Just be careful and let me know how it goes.....I get the smartfood light and it is really good. I try to not pick at things all the time but it takes time to change these habbits that I had for ALL MY LIFE Take care Debra P

Hi Cindee, The one time I tried to eat popcorn I was at the movies w/my husband. Bad idea. I think I spent about 40 minutes in the bathroom dry heaving. It was pretty gross. I was just trying to be normal. I personally am not going to attempt my fate again. But that was me. I am sure others have no problem.

Hi Tavia, Sorry to hear that movie popcorn made you so sick. Not a good thing. I guess I'll stay away from it at the movies. Some did respond that they have no problem with popcorn at home. I do think I'll try that. I'm getting tired of eating fat free, low salt pretzels at night. Around 9-10 is the time I really crave crunchy stuff so maybe a little popcorn will do the trick. How's everything else going with you? Has everything calmed down a little? Cindee

Hi again Cindee, Why dont you try some veggies w/some homemade dip to cure the "crunchy" craving? If I were you, I would stay away from the popcorn/pretzels stuff. There really isnt a nutritional value to them besides just putting some food in your mouth, you know? If I started eating things like that I know for a fact if would open the flood doors for me. You don't want to come it to come bite you back in the you know what. It's like I didnt go through all of this to be starting with the chips and cookies again. Thanks for wondering about me and no my saga is not over yet. I am the human zipper/pin cushion...blah.

Hi Cindee, I eat SmartFood Cheese Popcorn all the time! I love it and have no problems with it at all. The problem is its high in fat and calories! And it is a salty carb and my doctor did say to stay away from salty carbs. But it never made me sick! Good luck! Ilyssa 268/181/???

Hi Ilyssa, Thanks for the response. SmartFood Cheese popcorn? - never heard of it - is it a microwaveable popcorn or is it already popped? I don't really care for microwave popcorn - I do mine the old fashioned way, on top of the stove with a little bit of oil. Not a butter lover either so I usually sprinkle a little bit of grated cheese on top. Used to taste like heaven. I'm so glad to hear that some of you have popcorn with no problem. The more I talk about it, the more I know that it will be my snack tonight and hopefully for many more nights to come. Have a good day. Cindee 310/220/???

Hi Cindee, Smartfood is already popped and it comes in a black bag, I buy the big bag of small snack size bags. That way it already comes portioned out into small bags of only 100 calories. It is super yummy yum!!! Good luck! Ilyssa 268/181/???

Hi all, Not feeling too good this afternoon, I started back at work yesterday, went great, its slow right now there. Today I only had 3 clients and came home early. But sometime this morning I got like a hot flash that lasted for a few minutes, and now I feel really really tired and sicky feeling. Don't know what is going on but at least I have tomorrow off. I think I am going to go lie down for a nap and see if that helps. On my way home from work I stopped at Walmart and put an eliptical machine on layaway. I can't wait. Oh and I bought one of those exercise balls with a chart to go by. B- Protein shake L- salad with egg and cheese S- grapes D- collard greens, stroganoff meatballs and a few noodles S- 3 crackers w/ pb Shannon Arnold 257/225/130???
