Hello All ~Hugs~
What I had yesterday was:
B- 8 oz carb control choc milk, 1 plum, 1 slice cheese
S- 1/2 cup light popcorn, String cheese
L- 4 oz ham with light mayo, cucs
S- 12 grapes
D- Turkey burger (no bun) and some tattor tots (was craving so bad)
S- 2 pretzel Rods, some mixed natural nuts
No Exercise yesterday
OK that is about it for me today... Just waiting for the 22nd for the inspection with the original inspector, our real estate agent recommended to wait for him so we are.

Hi, I guess I look like my picture? Scary thought! I did fine with my food until last night when I wen to HeLL with myself! I lost 2 lbs & got opff my stall, so maybe I was trying to sabotage! OLD HABITS DIE HARD!!!

Yeah I try to get it in NJ when we go to LI but it often does not work out that way.

D-chineese chicken and brocoli with 1 dumpling
S-1/2 banana
Bought the treadmill yesturday and love it. Hubby and son put it together last night. So I am ready to go! Still need to get more water in but i am trying......Have a great day. LisaMarie

Hello hun ~Hugs~ I just got myself some Bryers (sp?) carb control ice cream pops that have the choc on the outside and vanilla inside, I will have to try them and see of they are good.

B - Carnation Instant Breakfast
S - 1/2 Detour protein bar (whey)
L - Roast pork, broccoli, 2 bites of mashed potatoes
S - 1/2 Detour protein bar (whey)
D - Salad w/turkey, ham, cheese, tomato, side of ranch dressing (1/3 last night - will have a little more for lunch today)
S - ff pretzels
Question - I noticed some of you eat popcorn - my surgeon told me pre-op that popcorn/corn were one of the things we shouldn't be eating - has anyone had any problems with popcorn?
