I was wondering what happened to you, I was going to post to you if I did not see you by the end of the day because you are the first the post to my daily eats post. This one is in Mountaindale......adds another 18-20 mins to our commute but worth the extra room for less money thingie.. Take care Debra P

Congrats on the house....I hope all goes well with the inspection. Yesterday for me: B: Vanilla protein shake........didn't really like it, but I am out of my smoothie powder. L: tomato soup with cheese/mini pretzels. S: spoonful of seafood salad. D: Tomato soup with cheese S: mini pretzels I think that was it, plus of course my water. Have a great day. SH

Here goes (better late than never) B protein drink S 3/4 c Uncle Sam's Oatmeal (w/wheat flakes & flax seeds) L 4 oz carb control yogurt, string cheese S 1/2 can stallone pudding (didn't stay down- too cold maybe???) D 2 Tbs Dill Hummus with 4 Wheatsworth crackers S Decaf tea Thank you for posting
