oranges/grapefruits?

Hi Erin! Wow, nice pic! I didnt even regonize you! Looking good. I know what you mean w/the OJ and the sugars. I try to limit myself b/c of the sugars but my potassium levels have been low so I'm trying to get some in the easiest way I can. O****uch easier to get down say a banana for me. tavia hi i usually only lurk but i had to answer this one , im almost seven months out and have eaten grapes but now all you can get is nasty tasting ones so i have changed to oranges i eat one a day and have no problems at all hugs lisa 316/181/145?

Hi Lisa, Come out of lurk mode! We need you! I know what you mean w/the grapes. They aren't in season now so they are pretty gross. I love grapes though and I cant wait to eat them! Yummy! Anyway, thanks for the information. Tavia

I never heard anything about not eating citrus fruit. I've eaten oranges and clementines many times. I've had no problems at all. I don't drink orange juice or any fruit juice for that matter. I think it must have too much sugar in the juice form. It makes me sick. So I just stick to fruit of all varieties in it's natural form. Good luck! ~Angel 255/222/130 at goal!
