Pat, Thanks hun, you will get there in time. Your weight loss sure comes quickly when you really think about how long it would have taken before surgery. CONGRATS on your 60 lbs loss.....WOW......that is awesome hun and pretty quick... I have to say that since my surgery I have stayed the same with PMSing but I do notice I can eat more around T.O.M. and I get tired faster but other then that, it is the same for me. Debra P

Hi Debra Finally a century club member,I'm so happyfor you keep up the work.Oh boy, congradulation on the house too hope everything work out this time. Today is a sad day for me my sister my best friend just left for Florida,she moving to Florida. I'm happy for her for making the move.She needed a different environment.Her company closed down so this is a new start for her.I'm going to miss her Well let see what I eat yesterday B:Protidiet pancake with 1slice of sugar free pineapple (it was ok not like the original pancake) L:2 piece of chicken leg and corn S:small orange D:Bake Chicken with 1/2 small biscuit Well take care hope everything works out for you and congradultion on becoming a century member Smooches: Claire

Claire, Thanks hun ~Hugs~ I am sorry to hear that hun, I know how it feels! Happy for her but sad because your going to miss her.... Now make sure you have both have unlimited long distance calling. Well also FL is not that far away so you will get to visit often, if time permits.....hoping for you hun. take care Debra P

Whooo Hooooooo run with it!!! You go girl!!! I can't wait myself, my loss goal is close to yours mine is 127#. I too have finally broke my plateau and am losing again. I am now down about 32#. Give or take a couple. Soon I hope to get a new scale so that I can keep track. I don't go back to Dr. until April so I have to keep track some how. I am going for a walk with my daughter after school today, hopefully will get her moving everyday now too. OK here's what I ate yesterday: B- 1 boiled egg 2 cups of coffee L- ate late junior bacon cheeseburger from wendy's sounds bad but I only ate the meat and cheese and 8 oz milk D- 2 oz chicken breast, 2 oz broccoli, 2 oz squash S- 4 crackers w/ pb and sf jelly and a couple handfuls of popcorn got my liquids in Shannon Arnold 257/225/130???

Debra! That's such awesome news about joining the century club! Whoo hoo! I know you've been waiting for that for a while now... Pre op diet: B: rice cake with pbj S: south beach protein bar, skim milk latte L: salad with tuna S: orange D: bean burrito, steamed veggies 50 oz h2o I am PMS, bloated and having a plateau!!! How annoying! I just want to get the weight off and schedule a surgery date!! Arrrgh! Hugs, Amy
