Lisa, Yeah I was fighting to get to the 100 loss mark but it seems to be working now. and I did notice that my clothes are starting to not fit again so I guess I was losing inches for the last month when my weight did not come off. I know, I know...I need to measure myself but I just did not want to get crazy with this but I guess I have. Yes this house if better then the last we were going to purchase and for lesser money....go figure.. We will see... ~hugs~ Thanks again hun Debra P

Linda, Thanks hun ~hugs~ We will see, I am trying to not get to happy about this because I know we still have far to go with the inspections and all. Yeah I thought the 100 lbs would NEVER come off... I now know I was eating to many carbs so I think that was slowing me down some. Back on track and hoping to reach goal this year. Thanks again and have a great day! ~Hugs~ Debra P

Congratulations Debra - I'm so happy for you - it must be a wonderful feeling to have reached that 100 lb loss. You're doing fantastic. I have 17 lbs to go to reach my 100 lb loss but I seem to be plateauing right now. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you and hubby regarding the house. Hopefully, this will be the one. Here's what I ate yesterday. B - Protein drink S - ff pretzels L - Swiss cheese S - Reduced fat wheat thins D - Leftover chicken mixed with a little bit of gravy Drank my water and took my vitamins. No excercise. Saw my PCP this morning and he's thrilled with the weight loss and my blood pressure. Have a great day. Cindee 310/223/???

Cindee, Yes I thought I would NEVER break the plateau!! (sp?) When I started to track what I was eating again on Fitday.com it sure helped me see that I was having a little more carbs then I should have been. I should have never stopped logging that info in but I was sure I had a handle on it. Old habbits die hard! I hope your 17 lbs will go quickly hun, try changing your eating pattern and see if that will jump start your loss again. I am with Lisa, the berries and nuts sure seemed to help as well in getting my loss started again. Thanks again hun ~hugs~ Debra P
