Hi Deb I know you will hit the century mark in a blink of an eye... well yesterday........hummmmm prtoien drink B- cup oatmeal s- banana, and nectarine L- 1/2 cup rice with 1 short rib of beef.... s-1/2 crabmeat wrap.... d- protein drink and I did increase my water yesterday got it up to 60 ozs and today I will try for more.....I need to start back at the gym maybe it will give me more energy I also have to call the surgeons office again for the script for my labs can you believe they still have not sent it to me..... Chrsitine

Before you read, I was doing great before dinner, it's really the first time i've slipped (cheated) up since 1 month before surgery and I'm going to try and make it my last. B - 3 oz cottage cheese and 10 grapes L - 3 oz of steak and 2 mozzerella balls S - Instone Pudding D - 1 chicken wing (no skin) baked and........an eggroll Protein was almost 78 but killed it witht he eggroll, i told my husband he is no longer allowed to bring contraband into the house. Chinese food is my weakness. Pat

Patricia, Hun thanks for posting ~Hugs~ We all have things that are not the best for us, we are human and even "thin" people eat the not so healthy things from time to time. Please do not get upset with yourself, just put it behind you and move forward. Have a great weekend ~hugs~ Debra P

Good Afternoon, Well yesterday I went for a walk with my mother, I can't get my heart rate up going with her but I did get out there and walk, plus just starting out don't want to over do it. B- 1 egg w/ cheese on top 2 slices turkey breast lunch meat, didn't finish all L- tuna salad mixed in w/ salad and cheese D- 1/2 cup spaghetti w/ parm romana cheese on top S- grapes got almost all my water in around 40 something ounces Shannon Arnold 257/229/130???

Protein drink B 1 Tbs macadamia nuts and String cheese L Stallone pudding S tea D 2 thin crispy bacon strips, 1/2 c Farina, 1 melba toast with 2 tsp lite cream cheese Saw my PCP today to discuss the food sticking problem I've been having with the eating of the many proteins (chicken, fish, beef, eggs and cottage cheese.) And the constipation on top of everything because of the high dose iron. Concerned for sure, dropped me to 1 iron daily since my bloodwork was pretty good. And some additional otc stuff for the #2's. I mentioned that surgeon mentioned possible stricture but I didn't want to travel for the endoscopy. PCP will schedule one up here in my area (and covered under insurance - YAY! so it won't be expensive.just a co-pay). If it is a stricture, the g'enterologist will dilate and then we'll see how everything goes. In the meantime, I've got to get "unplugged." and will be working on that all weekend. The term "You GO Girl!" has real meaning for me these days... 20 minutes on stationery bike-

Hey everyone! Let's see if I remember what I had yesterday: B: Carb Countdown Smoothie 1/2 banana with some pb L: Chicken breast and cheese (deli) roll-ups (2) with light mayo Soy Crisps D: Chili with beans, fat free saltines, cheese It's amazing. I feel like I can eat a lot, but looking at it now, it really is hardly anything. God, compared to how I used to eat, this is AMAZING. I've been at a standstill for like 2 weeks. Has this ever happened to anyone at about 4 months? It is annoying! I have been exercising, so maybe I'm losing inches instead of #s right now.... Erin
