TGIF....YEAH
What I had yesterday:
B- 3 oz cottage cheese with 3 fresh strawberries
S- String Cheese
L- 4 oz ham salad with light mayo, cucs, 12 grapes
S- Stallone Pudding, 1/2 cup popcorn
D- steamed chicken and broc
OK that is it.....the scale is moving down again and I am 1 lbs away from hitting my century mark.

OMG that WAS you..... I was right in front of you when you paid for your gas inside, the red liberty Jeep. Then you went to the pay phone. WOW I was scared because if that was not you I would have felt like a jerk.

Hi Deb,
Happy New Year! You are doing soooo awesome... keep up the good work.. I admire you! I am starting to struggle.... I keep saying to myself...WHY am I hungry.... is my pouch stretched out... whats the deal... but I have not been good about eating protein first.. then I probably won't be hungry to eat other "bad"things... anyway.. I need to start writing things down and being more honest with myself.. but for some reason.. it's like old habbits haunting me... if I don't write it down... I did not eat it... So... starting TODAY.. I am going to log EVERYTHING.. even if it is bad!
Sorry to hear about your new house.. but I think something was not meant to be... you will find something else...for sure.. keep looking it will work out in the end.

Thanks hun ~Hugs~ Happy New year to you as well.
Yes I have been slowing down myself and seeing that I am hungry ALL the time, well I started using my fitday.com again and it seems to help. I noticed I was having way to many carbs which makes you hungry so I am back to my old plan, protein first! I also started to walk again, either around the towns or on my treadmill so I am hoping it will start me moving again and bring back my awesome feeling.
As long as we have our support (AMOS, Family, Meetings) it should all be good.

Oh yeah, I forgot to add in my exercise.....
I walked around Goshen for about 15 -20 mins waiting for hubby to get out of work. Hey it is a start and I will be back on my treadmill tonight when I get home.
