Hello my AMOS Family,
Wow the last 2 days I have been such a downer, sorry for that but WOW today was 1 year that we lost everying in our house fire. The worst being our furbabies (2 cats and a doggie), our kids!
Also we have come so very far within a years time and for that we are greatful so this is mixed emotions for us. Missing our furbabies every day it seems to not get any better but I guess in time it will.
So much in 2005:
House Fire
Moved 3 times
Hubbys INS interview (he is from Canana)
My Surgery
Looking at purchasing a house
Wow this last year had so many stressful, bad or good things happen, just glad it is over and onto 2006. Rollar Coaster of emotions, stresses and happiness. We have rebuilt our lives the best we can and we think it is pretty good.
Well just wanted to share some thoughts with my AMOS family, thank you ALL for always being there for me Love ya guys...

Hi Deb, I feel your loss. I'm sure that you know that they wait for us across the Rainbow Bridge (www.rainbowbridge.com) where they are healthy and happy and not wanting. This past year I had to put down my 19 yr old cat, Sera. It's never easy losing any love.
Here's to you and your husband and we all are wishing you both a better and prosperous rest of your lives!

Linda,
Yes I visited that site many times right after and at the time I really did not want to hear they are there but I wanted them with me. You know what I mean? It all works out and things happen for a reason even though sometimes we do not see them at the time or maybe we will never know but we have to have trust.
They do become part of your family right, it is very hard and I am sorry that you had to go through that as well. ~Hugs~
Thanks hun

Debra,
Congratulations on surviving your first year after a fire. I too survived a fire (and lost a kitty). It is something that stays with you for the rest of your life. It makes you humble and appreciative of the simple treasures in life: love, happiness, health. The fact that you achieved so many other things within the same year is so amazing. I was such a goober the year after my fire. We lost everything and had to start from scratch, but the hardest part was just not feeling afraid all the time. In spite of a tragic event, you and your husband set your minds to living and achieved so much!
Big pat on the back to you.
Amy
