B 1/2 peanut butter lo carb bar (didn't stay down)
L string cheese
S Dunkin donuts decaf with 1/4 c skim milk & 1/2 Splenda
D 3 cashews, 1 Tbs burger & cheese
S protein drink
15 minutes on sta. bike for exercise - too tired to complete the other 5 minutes...(I'm such a wimp!)
