Hello All ~hugs~ Well here is what I had yesterday: B- 3 oz cottage cheese with fresh strawberries S- String cheese L- Ham salad with light mayo, cucs, 12 grapes S- 4 oz Carb Control Yogurt D- 3 oz flounder, cuc salad with light mayo S- 6 fresh almonds, 1/2 cup light popcorn OK that is it for me.....I think the scale is moving again....we will see. ~crossing fingers~ Take care Debra P 285/187/125??

Ok lets see B-1 slice of whole grain french toast{just toast soaked in a scrambled egg} loved it! S-Coffee with protien powder L-Romano cheese S-Orange juice D-Vegetable chicken soup S-Apple with peanut butter Have a great day! Water although not enough and vitamins!

morning... hmmmm yesterday...let's see B: protein shake S: coffee w/ scoop of protein L: 3 oz chicken w/ 1 tsp light mayo D: tortilla soup and 5 tortilla chips scale is moving FINALLY...not much but it IS moving! enjoy your day! Linda

Linda, Yeah we get so happy when the scale moves right.. I am soooo close to reaching my 100 lbs loss that this should come soon... I will still have 60 lbs to go to reach my goal but once passed the 100 lbs loss mark I will be happy..... Take care Debra P

Good morning everyone yesterday I didn't do to good but it is better than what I was doing so I didn't eat to much yesterday... Protien drink B-cup oatmeal s-3 pretzels L- salad with 2 stripes of chix and balsamic vig s- 3 pretzel d-1 pastel s teaspoon peanutbutter that's it I'll do better..... Christine

Christine, Hello hun ~hugs~ Well the point is we are back on track right... Some days will be good and others well we are human and just have to work on getting back.... Thanks for the email hun and I am having hubby put the treadmill in the den tonight which I can see the TV from there, I will be able to walk while hubby is watching TV. I hate being in the spare room all by myself since we only have the one TV so this should help me.. Thanks again Debra P

Good Morning all, I had B- oatmeal w/splenda about 1/3 of a cup L- 4 wheat crackers w/tuna salad and cheese on them D- 1/2 cup of spaghetti made w/ barilla plus pasta (made with beans, wheat and I think flaxseed) it has protein in it. I liked it and it was recommended by my nutritionist. S- grapes and couple bites of cottage cheese w/ calcium crushed into it got in about 48 oz of liquid, mostly late in the evening but still got it in Shannon Arnold 257/228/130???
