Tammy,
Thank you so much hun for your kind words, I know it is for the better now and we have said even if he came back and said yes NOW we would still hold to our choice of moving onto another house. I am not into playing games with these people, if you want to sell then you do what is needed to make the deal. He can find someone else to play these games with. We are moving on!
yes we are looking at more houses over the weekend and 2 that might be still available are city sewer and water so that is a good thing. We will see what we find out there.....Not really in a rush but hate every time I write the rent check...
Thanks again hun ~hugs~

RIGHT now it really stinks.....
but i know out there is a better house, a better
deal that is problem free. THE seller to me seems
not that anxious to sell that he isnt letting you
do this septic test. EVERYONE in NY does the engineers
reports on homes so i dont know whom he thinks will
buy the house with a problem.
I know right now its gloomy!
but i think you will come accross an even better
home in all good time. I agree the money already
spent and lost stinks but you dont need a money
pit home. JUST keeping up with the bills and decorating
a home is a big expense, nevermind unexpected
repairs that pop up.
HANG in their and i know your dream home is out
ther this just wasnt it.

Lisa,
Thank you so much... ~Hugs~ Your the greatest.. Yes I know you are right and we are moving on.......I know everyone is right but when this first happened it hurts because it is like a rolller coaster of emotions, hey just like this WLS journey.. I am so glad that 2005 is behind us now!
Yes everyone does these inspections and maybe another buyer might not catch it and they will purchase the house so I am sure he will sell it but I guess I have to be thankful that it is not us...
Take care
