I love peanut butter fudge. Before surgery I used a simple reciepe that called for 2 cups sugar 1/2 cup water 1 cup creamy peanut butter and 1/4 tsp vanilla. Do you think that I can substitute the sugar with splenda to make it ok to eat? Thanks. Take care, Danna.

you can replace any sugar with Splenda...I however don't recommend that you eat peanut butter fudge...altho that is strictly my opinion. Linda

I too would be careful with eating PeanutButter Fudge. Although I can relate to the cravings, why not try a mix of peanuts and choc covered peanuts, or a 1/2 of a bannana dipped in peanutbutter. Those are some of my favorite snacks to get rid of the cravings. Best of Luck! Kimberly 238/154/140

Yep - what THEY said. Sugar free does not mean calorie free. It's a mistake many folks make. Also, if you are having sugar cravings that won't go away, add chromium picolinate to your vitamin regimen. It helps with the sugar cravings. Good luck and God bless.
